We have advanced CNC Machining Center and the necessary equipments such As milling machine, precise electrical pulse, engraving and milling machine and line incision machine and so on. We have adopted advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system and built LAN to Connect and transmit the information of products at a high speed. The manufacture of mould has formed a modern patternmaking mode which is based on CAD/CAM/CAE technology, gives Priority to CNC machining and supplements general machining. We have rich experience on the manufacture of the moulds which are oversize and have complicated structure; We have Been collaborated with many famous manufacturers of electronic appliances both at home and abroad for many years, and our products can be comparable with imported products. We Have several NC Injection Molding Machinery from 15-5000 gram, so we can provide our clients with one-stop service which contains product design, mold manufacture and injection Molding and so on, this can shorten the developing cycle of new products for our clients and help them to seize market.
